This explains what Sung For You collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• The details you give us about your song: names, pronunciation, occasion, your story, style and mood.
• Payment details, which go straight to Stripe. We see your name, email, the amount, and the last digits of your card, but never your full card number.

How we use it

Only to write, produce and deliver your song, answer your questions, and keep basic business and tax records. We use the story details in prompts to the AI music tools that produce your song. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and order storage), and the AI music and email tools we use to make and deliver your song.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for up to 12 months so we can handle your free lyric change and any questions, and payment records as long as tax law requires.
