Every order includes one free lyric change. Reply to your delivery email within 7 days of delivery and tell us what to change: a name, a line, a detail we got wrong. We'll send the updated song, usually within 48 hours.
If we can't deliver your song (for example, we have to decline the request), you get a full refund to your original payment method. If we miss the Rush 24-hour window, we refund the $15 Rush fee.
Because every song is custom-made for you, we can't offer refunds once your song has been delivered, apart from the free lyric change above.
Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. If we haven't started writing yet, we'll cancel and refund in full.
